Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

How refunds work
In most cases, once your request is approved, we will issue a full refund without requiring you to send the item back to us. This helps us process your refund faster and avoids unnecessary shipping costs and delays for you.

In some cases, we may ask you to provide a photo of the item (for example, if it arrived damaged or faulty) to help us process your request quickly.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to request the item be returned to us before issuing a refund. If this applies to your order, we will provide return instructions and a return address at that time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
